The prospect of facing a criminal charge is a huge concern for many people. The worry of having to pay a large legal bill at the end of the case is a worry most people could do without.
In an effort to try and take away that worry, we offer fixed fee payment schemes for the majority of the criminal work that we carry out. We are not aware of any other firm offering a fixed fee scheme at the outset of a criminal case. The comfort of knowing how much your case will cost, coupled with our extensive experience in criminal law provides peace of mind for our clients.
Many innocent working people find themselves facing a criminal charge The problem is made worse when they do not qualify for legal aid as a result of the fact that they are working. In addition to the fixed fee payment scheme offered, arrangements can be made for payments by instalments.
Below is a list of fees which we are able to offer for most of the cases we deal with. You will be advised at the initial appointment whether your case can be dealt with by way of the fixed fee payment scheme.

Please note that certain cases cannot be dealt with under the fixed fee payment structure. In the event that your case falls outwith the scheme, you will be advised before any work is carried out on your behalf. Payment by instalment is offered only at the firm’s discretion and must be arranged in advance of work being carried out. Only work necessary for the proper preparation and presentation of your case will be included within the fixed fee payment scheme.
